"Loved the Costa in Glasgow. Staff: extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. Even asked if there's vegetarians among us in case our toasties needed to be warmed separately. Coffee and food: served hot, looked and tasted amazing! Safety: staff does make sure you sign for track and trace and makes sure everyone follows social distancing. Great place, definitely recommend."

"The coffee here is the more expensive than other brands (Pret, Nero), but I wouldn't say the taste is better. I usually order Regular Latte and I will 4 stars as it's not that nice taste. Sometimes the taste is awful I guess because of the different baristas. I like the new cup though"
